Brembo Presents The New Pro and Pro+ Packages At EICMA 2024

As a leader in high-performance brake systems, Brembo is pleased to introduce the PRO Package and PRO+ Package for supersport motorcycles during EICMA 2024. These two new front brake packages represent Brembo's dedication to excellence, which shines through in every product, offering unrivalled quality, innovative solutions and superior performance.

As pioneers in innovation, Brembo braking solutions set the benchmark in the industry. A proactive approach enables the company to fulfill the most stringent customer demands, delivering superior performance and unwavering reliability.

Brembo PRO Package front brake is composed of a T-Drive finned disc and a nickel plated Hypure caliper. Featuring a superbike-sized disc (338.5x6.2 mm vs. the standard 330x5 mm), it offers increased surface area through finning to more effectively dissipate heat and maintain lower operating temperatures. Brembo's T-Drive brake disc with its "T" pin design optimizes efficiency, reduces weight, and enhances braking performance under extreme conditions. On the other hand Brembo's Hypure caliper, delivers exceptional braking performance by reducing weight. The caliper retains a high rigidity, improving both performance and handling and providing riders with a competitive edge. Hypure's excellent heat dissipation prevents brake fade, securing consistent stopping power even in demanding conditions.

Brembo PRO+ Package front brake is composed of a T-Drive finned disc and a GP4 Sport Production brake caliper. Born on the racetrack, this billet aluminum monobloc brake caliper represents the pinnacle of engineering. Crafted from a solid block of premium aluminum using precision CNC machining, it offers unparalleled structural stiffness and reduced weight. The nickel plating, in addition to enhancing corrosion resistance, effectively dissipates heat generated during braking, ensuring consistent performance under the most extreme conditions.

A distinctive element is the introduction of ventilation fins on the outer body. These significantly improve the thermal exchange of the braking system, favoring the cooling of the caliper and making it ideal for high-end sport use. The air circulates efficiently thanks to the movement of the vehicle and the rotation of the brake discs and the wheel, guaranteeing optimal cooling.

The design of the GP4 Sport Production brake caliper emphasizes its racing derivation by combining the ventilation fins with the nickel plating treatment, making it the perfect choice for those seeking exceptional performance and sporty design.

With the introduction of the PRO Package and PRO+ Package, Brembo reaffirms its position as the undisputed leader in high-performance braking technology, offering riders the ultimate combination of power, precision, and reliability. These innovative brake solutions are designed to deliver exceptional stopping power and control, even under the most demanding conditions. Whether you're a seasoned racer or a weekend warrior, the PRO Package and PRO+ Package, will elevate your riding experience to new heights.

With modern calipers, braided lines and really good pads from SBS or Ferodo I have never thought....Wow I need more powerful brakes. The amount of flex from good calipers is so small that I doubt most people wouldn't notice it anyway. Now if you race bikes for a living and you come flying into corners after a long front straight I could justify the outlay of cash maybe but look at the top guys who race the TT. They ride in real world conditions on the limit and none of them have $15000 dollar brakes and many are using the OEM calipers that come stock with the bikes they race. I don't see the point other than chasing sensitivity and feel. Brembo tried going as light as possible and the calipers would over heat and they had to add fins and air ducts so you reach a point of diminishing returns.
